Obviously I'm using exaggeration to make a point. But you may notice there are no laws against hair removal in the story line. Also. the story line is specifically about body hair removal. People are not that dumb, even American left and right extremists. For example, if you have laws against hair removal, you must logically forbid shaving, haircutting and so on.
